“Crash! Splat!” That’s the sound of me hitting a wall and pretty much not getting back up all weekend long. After a week of moving more than I think I ever have in my life, I was expecting the scale to make me a happy camper Saturday morning. Instead, it shot straight through my heart with a one pound GAIN!
